Starlett Beam-Sydnor was born February 4, 1981 to the Late Mr. Willard A. Beam and Mrs. Betty M. Beam currently residing in Shelby, NC. After graduating from Shelby High School, she immediately enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where she would serve 13 years.

Starlett is the proud mother of 3 beautiful children; Destinee Iyanla Beam (in Heaven), Sincere Izayah Beam and Asher Emmanuel Sydnor.
Starlett was raised in the church from birth. Her home church, Walls Memorial Baptist Church in Shelby, NC is the origin of her roots. There she would serve as an usher, choir member from the Wallettes to the Voices of Faith and then onto the NC Mass Choir, Youth Choir Director, Youth Department Vice President and member of the Young Adult Missionary.

Starlett moved to Charlotte, NC to start a new career and then joined a church within the Church of God in Christ where she would serve as the Media/Marketing Specialist. Tapping into her marketing and telecommunications management skills, she was able to create and grow the online viewing audience to over 300 viewers in 6 different countries.

On October 28, 2021 she married her best friend, Chief Apostle Carlton Lamont Sydnor and together they welcomed Baby Asher Emmanuel Sydnor.
Now the Leading Lady of the International Churches of Deliverance, Lady Starlett Sydnor, affectionately known as The Fragrance, has birthed a tremendous woman's work in that of REAL Women. (Royalty Encouraging Accountability and Love). It is Lady Star's vision and prayer that she ensures that women are encouraged and empowered while being held accountable in God's most loving way.

The Lord also allowed Lady Star to birth one of the most transparent and relatable Christian broadcasts, ABC Saturday's with The Fragrance. ABC is the time for Affirmations, Bible and Coffee with a real life, bottom line approach to life in the raw with Biblical guidance.

Lady Star has vowed to be a living testimony and make the most sizeable contribution to the Kindgom as God will make possible. Why does she do it? It's ALL for the Glory and Joy of The Lord and the joy of the Lord is indeed her strength. (Nehemiah 8:10)
